"As the Athletics Director here at New London and a cancer survivor myself, I can only say that our Head coach Linda Pfeiffer and her team went above any beyond the proverbial call of duty. I was honored and humbled by their actions on my behalf and the other cancer survivors they honored by the money they raised and the Walk for Life they participated in at Waterford High School. Our kids are the best, and efforts such as theirs the past two years in conjunction with Geno's Coaches vs Cancer initiative make them a credit to the school and community. Good bless them all."
